Adam Allen Korn

Adam Allen Korn, age 39 passed away on Friday, October 3, 2014, in Hastings NE. He was born on December 7, 1974 in York NE.

Adam is survived by five children, Brianna and Ashley Korn (their mother, Leasha Owens), Hannah, Jacob, and Abbie Korn (their mother, Jenny Troutman Korn), one brother Gabe L. Korn, sisters Sarah J. Kemp , Crystal Korn, Chantelle Korn Kempinski, mother and stepfather Connie & Bob Bergman, grandmother Nettie Clark, one nephew Hayden Korn and four nieces Alexis Korn Araya, Jade Korn, Hazel Kemp and Violet Kemp, aunts, uncles, other loving relatives and many special friends.

Adam attended school in Lincoln, Nebraska and most recently was living in Hastings, Nebraska. Adam had a very kind heart and quick wit. He was a very generous person and was the happiest when he was helping others. Over the years Adam had made many friends while living in Las Vegas, York, Columbus and Kearney. He was so easy to like and to love. His grandmother said Adam was a blessing to his grandfather Warren Clark during his last few years. Adam would sit and listen to Warrens stories for hours and was truly interested. A friend of Gabes wrote, Adam was always a friend and trusted ally. We were separated by a few years but connected by experiences and the south Lincoln neighborhoods we called home. Adam is in a better place but he will be missed

Adam had chronic health issues and battled to get better most of his life. He had recently suffered a stroke but seemed to be recovering well and had returned to his home.

Adam loved his children with all his heart and was not ready to leave them yet.

It saddens the family that he is gone and he will be forever loved and missed.

A private graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in York, NE on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 2pm.
