Angie M. Glor, 87 resided in Hastings for 58 years before moving to Oregon passed away peacefully with her family by her side.

Services will be Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 10:30 am at the Apfel Funeral Home Chapel, Hastings with Rev. Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Visitation will be Friday, March 27, 2015 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Apfel Funeral Home, Hastings. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.apfelfuneralhome.com. Apfel Funeral Home, Hastings is in charge of the arrangements.

Memorials may be given to the Royal Family Kids Camp or charity of donors choice.

Angie was born May 30, 1927 in Starkville, Colorado to Antonio and Emelia Duran. Angie was raised in Trinidad, Colorado, the youngest of eight.

Angie and George eloped on November 29, 1951 and were married in Raton, New Mexico. Due to Georges job they lived briefly in Colorado, Oregon and settled in Hastings to raise their three children. Angie was a wonderful cook, baker and enjoyed canning fruit and vegetables from Georges garden. She was an avid reader. Angie worked as a waitress and bartender at Dillys Restaurant for many years, Imperial Mall Lounge as a bartender and several different department stores. Pooh Corner was her last place of employment at the age of 80, where she was known as Grandma Angie.

Angies greatest joy was being Georges wife. She adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by daughters, Terry (Larry) Kudrna of Redmond, Oregon. Tammy (Scott) Johnson, three grandchildren, Trinity, Sierra and Hunter, two great children Griffin and Michaelynn whom referred to Angie as little Grandma all of Manteca, California. Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews and her life time friend Marguerite Polmantier of Hastings, Angies dearest and oldest friend.

Angie is preceded in death by her parents, siblings; husband George, daughter Diane and son Dennis.
