Arwin V Mulford

Arwin Vern Mulford, 95, of Kenesaw, NE passed away on March 19, 2024, at his home. A memorial service will be held at Juniata Community Church in Juniata, NE on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 11:00 AM with pastor Tom Murray officiating. A luncheon will follow the service. Apfel Funeral Home is in care of the family.

Arwin was born on December 30, 1928, in Hayes Center, NE to Henry and Nellie (Resseguie) Mulford. At an early age his family moved to Washington state where he spent his childhood. His family later moved back to Nebraska where he made his home. Arwin met and later married the love of his life, Beatrice Colombe, on May 9, 1953. Arwin served as a pastor at the Juniata Community Church for 5 years. In 1960 Arwin and Beatrice started Cuprem, Inc in Kenesaw and worked side by side until her passing. Arwin continued to work almost every day until his passing.

Arwin is survived by his sons Gerald (Carol) Mulford of Kenesaw, Craig (Carol) Mulford of Pocotello, ID, Arwin (Sally) Mulford Jr, of Denton, NE; 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and many great-great-grandchildren.

Arwin was preceded in death by his parents, wife Beatrice, nine brothers and sisters, his eldest granddaughter Bobette Cooper, and great-grandson Seneca Esterholdt.
