Brandy Sue King, 50, of Grand Island, NE died on Monday, May 27, 2024 at home.
To honor her wishes cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorials can be sent to Susan Graf at 4189 New York Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68803 to help with funeral expenses.
She was born on June 13, 1973 in Grand Island, NE to Susan (Sorensen) Graf and Charlie King. She grew up in Grand Island and received her education from Grand Island Senior High.
She loved playing softball, umpiring, and working with kids.
She is survived by her son, Andrew King; mother, Susan Graf; grandson, Roman King; brother, Jerry King of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Bobbi Zubia of Grand Island and Kimberly King Jones of New Orleans, LA; nieces, Lexie Zubia, Jaysa Schlund; great niece, Brynlee Zubia; aunts, Jan Sorensen, Nancy (Frank) Zavala; and her boyfriend, Gregg Steiner.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles King; grandparents, Bob and Marge Sorensen; and brother, Jeff King.
