Charlotte Marie Walz

Juniata resident, Charlotte M. Walz, 88 passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Mary Lanning Memorial HealthCare, Hastings.



Services will be Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10:30 am at St. Michael’s Catholic Church with Father Jeremy Hazuka officiating. Rosary will be Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10 am at St. Michael’s Catholic Church with Father Jeremy Hazuka officiating. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Apfel Funeral Home is in care of the family. Condolences may be sent to the family from wwww.apfelfuneralhome.com.

Charlotte was born February 22, 1930 to Victor and Dena (Karp) Weber in Hastings. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1948. She married John “Jack” Walz on June 16, 1951 in Hastings, Jack passed away December 4, 1984. Charlotte was a homemaker.



She is survived by daughter, Sharon (Jerry) Uden of Juniata, granddaughter, Kayla (Dillon) Johnson of Hastings, grandsons, Jonathan Uden of Minden, Jacob Uden of Clifton, Virginia, great grandchildren, Rachel Johnson and Carter Johnson and numerous extended family.



She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack and son Timothy Walz.
