Delores Irene Johnson

Delores Canon Johnson, 49 of Grand Island, passed away Sunday October 16, 2016 in Grand Island. Memorial Services will be Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 10 AM in the Gollaher Chapel of Trinity United Methodist Church in Grand Island. There will be no public visitation. Memorials have been suggested to the family for future designation.



Delores Irene Canon Johnson was born August 12, 1967 to Robert and Betty (Nutter) Canon at Lafayette, Louisiana. Survivors include daughters, Stephanie Stoneking and Linda Lou Camarigg; grandchildren, Zoey and Sophie; siblings, Jeanie Betty Sabastian; William Billy Ogle; Teresa (Pete) Freeman; Domenic Sacco; twin sister, Dorothy (Dale) Whited; Bobbie (John) Kane; and Brenda Canon; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and her dogs, Ginger and Scrappy and her cat, Lillypad. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Johnson and her brother, Mike Sacco.
