Devona Darlene Warrings

Hastings resident, Devona Darlene Warrings, 82, passed away Thursday, October 28, 2010 at the Mary Lanning Memorial Healthcare, Hastings, NE. Graveside service will be Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Kenesaw Cemetery, Kenesaw, NE. There will be no visitation. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Devona was born November 18, 1927 to Dewey Daniel and Viola Arlene (Cullip) Pierson in Kenesaw, NE. She married Raymond Peet in 1943. They later divorced. She married Irvin Warrings in 1967. She has lived in the Hastings area for 17 years coming from Kenesaw, NE. She was a bookkeeper for S.E. Smith & Sons Lumber. She is survived by two daughters, Lynda Achin of Omaha, NE and Lana Maring of Overton, NE, three grandchildren, Scott Achin of Chesapeake, OH, Tracy Achin of Rawlins, WY and Daniel Achin of San Diego, CA, and two great grandchildren, Evan Daniel and Michael Cooper. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Irvin. Memorials may be given to the family.
