Hastings resident, Doris (Rogge) Talbert, 95 died Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at Perkins Pavilion, GSV, Hastings, NE. Graveside Service will be Friday, October 6, 2006, 2PM, at the Greenwood Cemetery in Trumbull, NE with the Rev. Neil Vik officiating. The family will greet visitors from 6:30 to 8:00 on Thursday, October 5th, 2006 at the Brand-Wilson Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Mrs. Talbert was born January 18, 1911, to Henry and Lulu (Megrew) Rogge in Crete, NE. She retired as a nurses aid at Good Samaritan Village. She was an active resident there since 1965. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church for over 80 years. She was a member of the Rebeccas and the Royal Neighbors. She is survived by, her sister, Nina Graham, of Centralia, Washington, her niece Linda Myers and family of Hastings, NE and many other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Viola Rogge Gibble and 1 brother, Ben Rogge. Memorials may be given to the Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana in memory of Ben Rogge or donors choice.
