Hastings resident, Ernest L. Hall, 94, died Saturday, March 24, 2007, at Perkins Pavilion, GSV, Hastings, NE. Services will be Friday, March 30, 2007, at 10:30 AM at the Brand-Wilson Chapel, Hastings, NE with Pastor Paul Knott officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Garden, Hastings; NE. Visitation will be Thursday, March 29, 2007 from 9 AM to 9 PM with the family present 6 PM to 8 PM at the Brand-Wilson Funeral Home and one hour prior to service time at the chapel. Condolences may be sent to the family from, www.brandwilson.com. Mr. Hall was born, September 9, 1912 to David B. and Delia (Jones) Hall in Golden City, MO. He grew up in Golden City. He married Lorene (Nuss) Hall on July 31, 1946. He worked as a baker at the Nash-Finch Hastings Baker for 30 year. He was a member of the Berean Bible Church in Hastings, NE. He is survived by, his wife Lorene, of Hastings, 2 daughters, Marilyn OBrien of Byron, GA, Donna Pronobis of Midlothian, IL, 2 sons, Lee Hall of Yacomo, WA, Larry Wayne Hall of, Electric City, WA, 15 grandchildren, 1 step grandchild and 8 great grandchildren, 1 brother, Kennard Hall of Yacomo, WA, and 1 sister, Wilma Dykes both of Omak, WA. He was preceded in death by, his parents, 1 son,1, granddaughter, 1 sister, 1 brother, and 1 step-son. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetic Association.
