At our Alberding Wilson-Funeral Home location. Harvard resident Evelyn Valdeen Yost, 88 passed away Sunday, May 27, 2007 at 31951 RD KL in rural Harvard. Graveside services will be Wednesday, May 30th, 2007 at 2:30 PM at the Harvard Cemetery, with the Rev. Vance Christie officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 29, 2007 from 5 PM to 9 PM at the Alberding-Wilson Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Mrs. Yost was born September 12, 1918, to Floyd and Elsie (Black) Kendell in Clay Center, Nebraska. She was married to Clarence A Yost on March 27, 1937. They farmed in Clay County. She was a homemaker and housewife. She is survived by her children, 2 sons, Dean Yost, and his wife, LuDella of Sutton, and Larry Yost of Harvard, NE and 1 daughter Connie Reichert, and husband Jerald of Aurora, NE, 6 granddaughters, 1 grandson, and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, an infant son, a half sister, a daughter in law, and one sister, Betty Brehm. Memorials may be given to family.
