Frances 'Bobby' Elaine Moeller

Frances Bobby Elaine Moeller, 89 of Grand Island, Nebraska died Friday, August 18, 2017, at CHI Health St. Francis, Grand Island, NE.



Services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island with Derek Apfel, CFC, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Grand Island. Visitation hours will be from 4-7 P.M. Tuesday at Apfel Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date. Apfel Funeral Home is caring for the family.



Bobby Moeller was born, June 11, 1928 in Grand Island, Nebraska the daughter of Louis & Evelyn (Kelly) Enzminger. She grew up and received her education in Grand Island graduating from Grand Island Senior High with the class of 1946. Following graduation she worked for an insurance company and later her grandfathers company, Kelly Well Company where she met her husband. She was united in marriage to Mervin Robert Moeller, November 26, 1950.



The couple resided in Grand Island where they started a business together, The City Bar in 1953 and continued to operate it until 1973 when they retired.



She enjoyed sewing, making various crafts, which she had considerable talent for; she was also blessed with artistic ability. Her favorite times were spent traveling and spending time with her family.



Those left to cherish her memory include two sons & daughter-in-law, Jerry Moeller of Grand Island, Tom & Kris Moeller of Colorado Springs, CO., two daughters & sons-in-law, Eileen & Russ McMillan of Grand Island, Shelly & Lynn Hankins of Lincoln, four grandchildren, Sara & Dustin Bennett, Erin McMillan, Samantha & Kevin Hankins.



She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her family.



She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Mervin Robert Moeller.
