Frances "'Fran'" E. Lowell

Frances (Fran) E. Lowell, 102, a long time resident of Wood River passed away peacefully in her sleep, February 1, 2015.



The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at the Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island beginning at 5 p.m. and concluding with a rosary service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 6th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Marys Catholic Church in Wood River, Nebraska with the Rev. James Janovec officiating. Private family interment of her ashes will be at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings, Nebraska. Apfel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
