Hastings resident, Harold C. Warner, 92, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Mary Lanning Memorial HealthCare.
Services will be Monday, June 8, 2015 at 10:30 am at St. Cecilias Catholic Church, Hastings with Father Adam Sughroue officiating. Rosary will be Sunday, June 7, 2015 at 7 pm at the Apfel Funeral Home Chapel with Father Adam Sughroue officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, June 7, 2015 from 6 pm up till rosary time. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery. Apfel Funeral Home, Hastings is in charge of the arrangements. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.apfelfuneralhome.com.

Harold was born October 26, 1922 to Charles and Alvina (Selko) Warner, in Harvard, NE. He grew up on a farm west of Harvard and received his education and graduated from the Harvard High School in 1940. He served in the United States Navy during WWII as a mechanic. After discharge he went to work for Trans World Airlines as an airplane mechanic and he lived in Kansas City, Denver, Los Angeles and Phoenix before retiring in 1978, when he moved to Hastings.
He was a member of the St. Cecilias Catholic Church, Hastings and the VFW.
He is survived by numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
