Harold D. Grummert, 71 of Hastings, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the Nebraska Veterans Home in Grand Island.

Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Chapel of the Nebraska Veterans Home in Grand Island with the Rev. Paul Dunbar officiating. Inurnment Interment of the ashes will be in Burkett Cemetery, Nebraska Veterans Home in Grand Island. There will be no visitation as Mr. Grummert was cremated. Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date. Apfel Funeral Home of Grand Island is in charge of arrangements
