James Adrian Debauche

Hastings resident, James Adrian DeBauche, 74, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the Mary Lanning Memorial HealthCare, Hastings, NE. Graveside service will be Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 10 am at the Clay Center Cemetery, Clay Center, NE with military rites. Memorial services will be Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at 11 am at the Brand-Wilson Funeral Home, Hastings, NE with the Rev. Tony Dawson officiating Book signing will be Monday, January 2, 2012 from 8 AM to 4 PM at the Brand-Wilson Funeral Home, Hastings, NE. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Memorials may be given to the family. James was born May 26, 1937 to Vernon and Alice (Busch) DeBauche in Algoma, Wisconsin. He served in the United States Air force from December 13, 1955 to April 17, 1956. He married Audrey Ward on September 25, 1977 in Reno, NV. He worked as a truck driver for Dakota Express hauling meat. He had lived in Hastings for the past year coming from Clay Center, NE. He is survived by his wife Audrey and son, James M. DeBauche both of Hastings, NE, daughter, Rhonda McWhorter and husband Billy of Wheeler, TX, five step-daughters, Liz Lifto of Denver, CO, Pat Vanvliet of Fairbanks, AK, Debbie Darling of Wood Bridge, CA, Linda Escobia and husband James of Hughson, CA, and Mary Sproul of Albuquerque, NM, two step-sons, John Benson of Denver, CO and Jeffrey Benson of Hastings, NE, two grandsons, Tyler McWhorter of College Station, TX and Mathias DeBauche of Hastings, NE, and one sister, Darlene Stamp and husband Bill of Allen, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Rodney DeBauche.
