(At Our Alberding-Wilson Funeral Home, Harvard Location.) Harvard resident, Laurine A. Preissler, 90, died November 16, 2006, at Perkins Pavilion, GSV, Hastings, NE. Rosary will be Sunday, November 19, 2006 at 7:30 PM at the St. Josephs Catholic Church, Harvard; NE. Services will be Monday, November 20, 2006, at 10:30 AM at the St. Josephs Catholic Church with the Father Jim Benton officiating in Harvard, NE. Burial will be in the Harvard Cemetery, Harvard, NE. Visitation will be Sunday, noon to 6 PM at the Alberding-Wilson Funeral Home in Harvard, NE. and up till rosary time at the church. Mrs. Preissler was born June 15, 1916 to Matt and Catherine (Kaiser) Trausch in Juniata, NE. She attended Assumption schools. She married James Preissler, Nov, 20, 1941 at the St. Thomas Catholic Church, in Los Angeles, CA. They lived in Los Angeles for 5 years before moving back to NE in 1947 to farm near Harvard, NE. She was a member oh the St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Harvard, NE, the St. Joseph Altar Society, and also taught C.C.D. classes for numerous years. She is survived by husband Jim, children, Alfred Preissler of Dallas, TX, Mary Ann Van Eperen, Tom Preissler, and Chuck Preissler all of Harvard, NE. 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. 1 brother Vern Trausch, of Phoenix, AZ, 2 sisters, Susan Thaut, and Jeanette Svoboda, both of Hastings, NE. She was preceded in death by sons John and Joseph, 6 brothers and 1 sister. Memorials may be given to the St. Josephs Catholic Church or donors choice.
