Maxine Vanosdall

Hastings resident, Maxine Vanosdall, 80, of 2913 West 7th, died Saturday, January 21, 2006, at the Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital, Hastings, NE. Services will be, Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 11 AM at the First Christian Church, Hastings, NE with the Rev. Earl Higgins officiating. There will be a Private Family Burial following the service. No visitation the body was cremated. Mrs. Vandosdall was born, November 2, 1925 to George Washington and Mabel Blanch (Hilty) Krapp in Grand Island, NE. She graduated from Grand Island High School, in 1943. She married David Vanosdoll July 29, 1945 in Grand Island; NE. She lived in Grand Island, NE till 1958 moving to Hastings, NE she was a resident there for over 50 years. Mrs. Vanosdall was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Hastings, NE and the Eagles Auxiliary. She is survived, by husband, David, 3 daughters, Sharon Kay Ehrgood, of Hastings, NE, Diana Raye Rincon of Dodge City, KS. Janet Sue Elliot, of Humeston, IA, 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by, son Michael, 1 brother, Harland V. Krapp, 1 grandson, Scott Ehrgood. A memorial will be established.
