Michael Edward Sacco

Michael Sacco, 50 of Grand Island died February 3, 2016. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 10:30 AM in Gollaher Chapel at Trinity United Methodist Church in Grand Island with Rev. Russ Anderson officiating. There will be no visitation. Memorials have been suggested to the family for future designation. Apfel Funeral Home is serving the family.

Michael Edward Sacco was born March 28, 1965, the middle child of 9 children to Michael and Betty (Nutter) Sacco at Omaha, NE. He will be remembered as an easy going man who was a friend to everyone who knew him. Survivors include his daughter, Maria Campos; two twin sons; mother, Betty Niedfelt and step-father, Robert Niedfelt; siblings, Billy Ogle; Betty Jean Sebastian; Teresa (Pete) Freeman; Domenic Sacco; Dorothy (Dale) Whited; Delores Johnson; Bobbie (John) Kane; Brenda Canon and Adam Santos; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends and his beloved dog, Bear. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Sacco.
