Rachel Lynn Lange

Rachel Lynn Lange, 41, of Grand Island, Nebraska died on Wednesday, June 5^th, 2024, at Bryan West Medical Center in Lincoln, NE. A Memorial Gathering will be on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Apfel Funeral Home from 6:30-7:30 PM. Memorials are suggested to the family. 

Rachel was born on February 14, 1983, in Grand Island, NE to Pamela (Goodro) Peterson and Roger Fischer. She grew up in Grand Island and Aurora, NE and received her education at Grand Island Senior High School. After she would live in North Platte, Hastings, and Blue Hill, NE.

She enjoyed country music as well as spending her time with family and friends. Rachel had been sick for a long time and is now able to move on to a better place.

Rachel is survived by her sons: Jesse Peterson and Dalton Gibson; daughters: Morgan Wynn and Olivia Gibson; father, Roger Fischer; brother, Robert Fischer; and sisters: Darleen Conley and Cathy Norvell.  

She is preceded in death by her mother, Pamela Peterson; step-father, Dana Peterson; and grandparents: Donna Peterson, George Peterson, Virginia Fischer, Ralph Fischer, and Vern Goodro.
