Robert "Bob" Krall

Robert “Bob” Allen was born on April 2, 1939, in Oklahoma City, OK to Robert A. and Bessie (Shattuck) Krall. He grew up in Grand Island. He attended West Lawn Elementary, Walnut Jr. High, and Grand Island Senior High Schools, graduating with the class of 1957. Bob attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and graduated in 1961 with his bachelor’s degree. Bob entered the United States Navy on August 4, 1961 and was honorably discharged on March 21, 1962.



On June 6, 1971, Bob was united in marriage to Pamela Chapman at Trinity Lutheran Church. The couple lived in Grand Island their entire 50 years of married life. Their union was blessed with the birth of a son, Robert Austin.



Bob was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the Grand Island Lions Club. He enjoyed coaching basketball and baseball and following his son’s activities.



Survivors include his wife Pamela of Grand Island and son Robert A. Krall of Grand Island.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.
