At Our Harvard Location, Alberding-Wilson Funeral Home. Harvard resident, Roy E. Jodway, 87, Saturday, April 11, 2009 at the Harvard Rest Haven. Services will be Friday, April 17, 2009 at 11 AM at the Stockham Community Church inStockham, NE, with the Rev. Paul Nauman officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Roy was born March 10, 1922 to Frank and Emiline (Oben) Jodway, in Cheboygan, Michigan. He married Marion Olson. He served in the Army-Air Force during WWII. Roy was a farm hand in Nappanee, NE for most of his life. He had lived in Harvard for 8 years. Roy is survived by 5 daughters, Lisa Wilford of Harvard, NE, Lori Jodway of Kearney, NE, Andrea Penner of Omaha, NE, Tammy Peters of Virginia and Marjorie Restrepo of Houston, Texas, and 1 son, James Jodway of Omaha, NE, 13 Grandchildren, 1 sister, Bernice Gothup of Fremont, Michigan, and 1 brother Virgil Jodway of Mishawaka, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion, his parents and 8 brothers and 3 sisters. Memorials may be given to the Harvard Rest Haven, Harvard, NE.
