Susan M. Hendrickson

Hastings resident, Susan M. Hendrickson, 65, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at her home. Services will be Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 10 am at the First United Methodist Church in Hastings, NE with Rev. Dr. Sam Rathod officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Hastings; NE. Book signing will be Monday, July 23, 2012 from 2 pm to 9 pm at the Brand-Wilson Funeral Home and up till service time at the church. Condolences may be sent to the family from www.brandwilson.com. Memorials may be given to the family. Susan was born April 16, 1947 to Raymond C. and Doris (Watson) Helms in Hastings, NE. She graduated from Hastings High School, Hastings, NE in 1965. She married Don R. Hendrickson on April 23rd, 1990. She worked at Armour Foods in Hastings, NE doing payroll. She had lived in Hastings all her life. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hastings, NE and was active in 4-H. She was survived by her husband Don of Hastings, NE, one son Tim Haase and wife Angie of Omaha, NE, one daughter Amy Morgan of St. Louis, MO, one step-son Donald Todd Hendrickson and wife Janice of Akron, Ohio, and 2 step- daughters, Shalae and Heather Hendrickson both of Ohio, 5 grandchildren, Emily, Isaiah, Bailey, Kayla, and Regan and 3 great grandchildren, Lily, Haley and Logan, one brother John Helms and wife Karen of Aurora, NE and one sister Marilee Jirkovsky of Juniata, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents.
