Terrance James Smith

Terrance James Smith, 62, of Grand Island died February 18, 2021 at his home.



Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island with Father Martin Egging officiating. Family will greet friends an hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be in Westlawn Cemetery in Grand Island at a later date. Memorials are suggested the family for later designation.



Terrance was born September 10, 1958 in Grand Island to Alfred and Monica (Bigley) Smith. He grew up in Grand Island and graduated from Grand Island Senior High School in 1976.

He lived in Lincoln, NE, South Carolina and Grand Island, NE where he was employed in the oil and gas industry.



Terrance was known for being a classic car enthusiast.



Survivors include his brothers, Joel (Lynne) Smith and Ron (Janet) Smith; and sisters, Krista (Jim) Godeker, Kay Smith, Jean Smith and Ann Townsley.



He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings; Alfred Smith, Yvonne Renzi and Robert Smith.
