At Our Jackson-Wilson Funeral Home Location, Kenesaw, NE. Holstein resident, Victor W. Aufdenkamp, 83, died Sunday, October 21, 2007 at the Kenesaw Haven Home, Kenesaw, NE. Services will be Friday, October 26, 2007, at 2:30 PM at the Christ Lutheran Church, Juniata, NE, with the Rev. Greg Volzke officiating. Burial will be in the Christ Lutheran Cemetery, Juniata, NE. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 24, 2007, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Thursday, October 25, 2007, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Friday, October 26, 2007, from 9 AM to 12 PM at the Jackson-Wilson Funeral Home, Kenesaw, NE and one hour prior to service time at the church. Victor was born, April 29, 1924 to Carl and Christine (Berndt) Aufdenkamp in Kenesaw, NE. He graduated from Kenesaw High School. He served in the US Army during WWII, from June 22, 1944 to May 1, 1946. He married Laura Ehlers, April 10, 1955 at the St. Johns Lutheran Church in Curtis, NE. He lived in Holstein most of his life and farmed there. He was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in Juniata, NE. He is survived by, his wife Laura, of Holstein, NE, 2 daughters, Carla Ham and husband Richard, and Willa Miller, all of Henderson, Nevada, 2 sons, Ralph and wife Julie of Urbandale, Iowa, and Elbert and wife Marilee of Hastings, NE. 5 Grandchildren, Travis and Trevor Miller, Shelby, Thea and Rustin Aufdenkamp. And nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son, Orvin, and 1 brother Arthur. A memorial will be established.
